1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Tickethub.ng, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.

2. Service Description

Tickethub.ng is an online event ticketing platform that enables event organizers to create, manage, and sell tickets for events, and enables attendees to discover and purchase tickets for events.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Ticket Purchases

When you purchase a ticket, you enter into a contract with the event organizer. Tickethub.ng acts as an intermediary and is not the organizer of any event. All ticket sales are subject to availability.

5. Fees and Payments

Ticket prices are set by event organizers. For paid events, Tickethub.ng charges a service fee of 3.5% plus N200 per ticket. Payments are processed securely via Paystack. Free events have no fees.

6. Event Organizer Responsibilities

Organizers are responsible for the accuracy of event information, delivery of the event as described, and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

7. Limitation of Liability

Tickethub.ng is not liable for the quality, safety, or legality of events listed on the platform, the truth or accuracy of event listings, or the ability of organizers to deliver events as described.
